QDSL is seeking a skilled Post Certification Project Engineer to support automotive clients with electric and hybrid propulsion systems (xHEV & BEV). The role involves reviewing and risk-assessing post-certification software and hardware changes, ensuring compliance with regulations such as UNR 155, UNR 156, UNECE R100, UNECE R10, FMVSS 305a, GTR 22, ISO 15118, IEC 61851, and other EV safety and performance standards. Responsibilities include evaluating change requests, analysing test data, preparing summary slide packs, and ensuring all modifications meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive powertrain testing or R&D, particularly in hybrid or EV systems, along with strong understanding of EV propulsion regulations and test data analysis. Strong communication, organisation, teamwork, and presentation skills are desirable. A degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline is required.
