Kernel is hiring a Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end success of its most strategic enterprise customers by architecting and implementing bespoke AI solutions that improve CRM data quality and power forecasting, territory planning and AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will act as the primary technical and strategic advisor from late-stage sales cycles through long-term value delivery, partnering with Account Executives, designing and deploying custom AI agents using Kernel’s tooling, and ensuring post-deployment optimisation and performance. The position requires 5–10 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role, strong technical fluency, analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and comfort working with ambiguity. Experience with scripting (Python/JavaScript), SQL, CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, workflow tools such as n8n, APIs, data integrations, and previous startup exposure are preferred. This on-site London role offers a salary of £70,000–£100,000 plus equity, 24 days holiday, pension, work-from-anywhere allowance, top-spec equipment, team events, and dinners. Kernel generally requires the right to work in the UK but may offer visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.
