OLIX is hiring a Process Technician to support the development and execution of bespoke fabrication processes for advanced micro-optical and MEMS-based devices. This hands-on, cleanroom-based role focuses on running lithography, deposition, etch, bonding, and metrology processes, supporting rapid prototyping, maintaining and troubleshooting fabrication equipment, and ensuring precise data capture and documentation. You will work closely with process engineers, partner fabs, and equipment suppliers to translate R&D concepts into reliable, repeatable manufacturing flows.
