The role focuses on translating real-world customer use cases into scalable, configurable platform functionality, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers, product managers, and customers to design abstractions and data models that work across diverse business contexts. The engineer will build and maintain robust data integration capabilities using Python, PySpark, SQL, and generative AI workflows, while contributing to architectural decisions that shape the STRATOS platform. Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience in data or product-focused engineering roles, with experience on platforms rather than one-off implementations, strong technical fundamentals, and comfort in fast-moving startup environments. Preferred skills include experience with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Typescript, API design, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
