This exciting role will involve the development and application of advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques for the processing of complex sensing signals obtained from fibre-optic communication systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing key tasks across multiple work packages, including event classification, data fusion, and the development of innovative methods for real-time event detection and infrastructure monitoring.
