The University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences is seeking a Research Project Manager to join the cutting-edge HOLO-AIM project, funded by the NIHR i4i Challenge. The project aims to develop an AI-powered mixed reality surgical guidance platform to enhance patient safety and improve surgical outcomes. The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the project, liaising with academic, clinical, and industry partners, ensuring compliance with NIHR requirements, preparing progress reports, supporting dissemination activities, and assisting with governance processes. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, the ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines, and previous experience in research or health technology project management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative project at the intersection of surgery, artificial intelligence, and immersive technology.
