This is a superb opportunity for a Staff RF IC Design Engineer to join a world-class mmWave IC design team working on state-of-the-art 6G RF products. The role involves specification, design, implementation, and verification of analog and RF circuit blocks or subsystems for 6G RF ICs such as filters, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, or mixers, aiming for excellent performance on first silicon. The candidate should have a Masters or PhD in a relevant field, minimum 5 years industrial experience designing RF circuits in advanced CMOS technologies (16nm or below), strong analytical skills, understanding of modern transceiver architectures, experience with Cadence Analog Design environment, excellent English communication, and team work ethic.
