Tracer is building an observability platform for high-performance computing that helps researchers and engineers optimize costs and improve reliability across life sciences, biotech, and related sectors. As the first Sales Engineer, you’ll act as the technical bridge between the product and customers, running demos, shaping positioning, translating technical features into clear benefits, and collaborating with design, growth, and founders to drive demand and conversion. The role requires 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, product management, or technical pre-sales, a STEM background or technical knowledge in developer tools/infrastructure, and exceptional communication skills. Hands-on coding or engineering experience in Rust, TypeScript, or cloud infrastructure is a plus. The position is London-based and offers UK visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.
