Jisc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their Software Development Group (SDG), which emphasizes a friendly, collaborative, and flexible working environment. The role offers a hybrid work setup, allowing work from home or from any of Jisc’s hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester, or Oxford. As a Scrum Master, you will guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality software, promote Agile principles across teams and stakeholders, facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, and support Product Owners in managing backlogs. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership, helping unblock development teams, and contributing to all phases of the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Scrum practices, experience in facilitating Agile delivery, and preferably hold certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Agile Coach.
