The University of Leeds is hiring a Security Compliance Manager to join its Facilities Directorate Security team. This hybrid role focuses on assessing security threats, creating contingency risk assessment plans, and overseeing security compliance for university events, buildings, and operations. You will manage risks in collaboration with the Head of Service, support security planning for faculties and the student union, and conduct regular reviews of systems to ensure proper usage, innovation, and maintenance. The role requires experience in managing security projects and events, a strong understanding of risk and compliance, and the ability to deliver high-profile projects. You will also help shape future security strategies, advise on risk assessments, and liaise with various departments across campus. This full-time position offers a salary between £39,355 and £46,735 per annum and may be eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
