This hybrid role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and verification of analogue and mixed-signal circuits, particularly for sub-6G integrated circuits (ICs). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sub-system blocks such as filters, bandgaps, PLLs, bias circuits, and high-speed multiplexers, using CMOS and SiGe Bipolar technologies. Applicants should have at least five years of IC design experience, with expertise in tools like Cadence Virtuoso, solid knowledge of analogue and RF design principles (mismatch, noise, linearity, etc.), and a track record of successful silicon delivery. The role involves collaboration with multi-site teams, including support for test planning and ASIC characterization, and requires familiarity with IC layout techniques, ESD protection strategies, and design for manufacturing. A Master’s or PhD in a relevant field is preferred, but proven industrial experience will also be considered. In addition to strong technical skills, the candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities, along with a passion for innovation and customer experience.
