The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and verifying analogue and mixed-signal circuits, including power management, PLL, bandgap, VGA, filter, and other baseband modules using BiCMOS and RF-CMOS processes. This hands-on position requires collaboration with cross-site teams to support test planning and ASIC characterization, working directly with Cadence Virtuoso tools to ensure high-performance, right-first-time silicon. Candidates should possess a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field or have an equivalent industrial background with at least five years of IC design experience. Expertise in SiGe Bipolar and CMOS technologies, understanding of ESD protection, layout techniques, and design-for-manufacture principles are essential.
