About the job

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at GetGround, you will be responsible for building and scaling a data platform that powers decision-making across the business. Working closely with product and design teams, you will take ownership of the dbt analytics layer, design modular and testable models, manage event instrumentation, and ensure that product analytics semantics are reliable and accurate. You will leverage tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Dagster, Count, and Mixpanel to create robust analytics infrastructure, generate insights, and drive adoption of best practices. Beyond building technical solutions, you will partner with stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Operations to proactively uncover insights, influence strategy, and enable self-serve analytics across the company. This role involves mentoring other engineers, defining analytics practices for an AI-first culture, and co-governing metrics to build trust in data.
