The Senior Analytics Engineer at GetGround will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality data models, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure that power decision-making across the company. In this role, you will work extensively with modern data tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Dagster, Mixpanel, CI/CD workflows, and modular data modeling to ensure reliable, scalable, and well-structured datasets. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Growth, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering teams to translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions while also improving internal data documentation, governance, and trust. The role involves leading best practices in the analytics engineering domain, mentoring junior members, enabling self-serve analytics, and contributing to an AI-first development culture. Candidates should have strong SQL expertise, hands-on experience with dbt and modern data stacks, excellent communication skills, and 3–5 years of related experience. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, and the role is based in London with a hybrid working model.
