Optimised is hiring a Senior BMS Engineer to join its BeMS Optimisation division in London, responsible for delivering optimisation, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works across multiple client sites with a strong focus on energy efficiency and decarbonisation. The role includes conducting energy optimisation surveys on BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Cylon and Siemens, troubleshooting energy wastage identified by the Remote Optimisation Centre, implementing onsite software modifications to improve building performance, carrying out maintenance on BMS controllers, sensors, HVAC plant and supervisory systems, preparing same-day service reports, supporting reactive call-outs, engaging directly with clients on technical solutions, and identifying additional small works opportunities while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
