Responsibilities include resolving high-level interdisciplinary coordination issues, overseeing cost control for design packages, facilitating critical reviews such as Design Reviews and Safety in Design (SiD), and ensuring governance through required validation and verification processes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and over 15 years of cumulative engineering experience, including at least 10 years in rail projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include QR Competencies and RPEQ status.
