Kernel is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a critical role in building and scaling its AI-native data platform used by enterprise RevOps teams. In this role, you will take ownership of backend-heavy full stack systems, working with technologies such as NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes, and workflow automation tools to process millions of records and power large-scale CRM data operations. You will design and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines, implement mass-action workflows that clean, enrich, and complete enterprise CRM data, and establish strong monitoring and reliability practices. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, solutions engineers, and fellow developers to translate complex business logic into safe, high-impact technical solutions.
