Optimised is seeking a Senior Optimisation Engineer (BMS) to join their BeMS Optimisation division, responsible for delivering BMS commissioning, optimisation, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive service works for clients across all sectors, with a strong focus on energy efficiency solutions that support decarbonisation. The role involves working closely with clients on site and with in-house support teams to deliver measurable energy, carbon, and maintenance savings. Key responsibilities include conducting energy optimisation surveys on systems such as Trend, Tridium, Cylon, and Siemens, implementing software modifications to enhance building energy performance, troubleshooting energy exceptions, completing PPM service works according to schedule, undertaking reactive call-outs, delivering small works projects including repairs and installations, preparing detailed reports, and engaging in technical discussions with clients while offering practical solutions. Candidates must have at least 5 years of BMS commissioning and systems experience, be qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent), and have knowledge of Cylon, Trend, or Tridium systems. The role also requires a full UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, a proactive and purpose-driven mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
