Concrete4Change (C4C) is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the scale-up of its pioneering CO₂ mineralisation technology in concrete, working from lab pilot to commercial demonstration. Reporting to the CTO, the role involves process modelling, pilot plant operations, equipment selection, and coordination with EPCs, subcontractors, and internal teams. Candidates will optimize heat and mass balances, generate PFDs, preliminary plot plans, techno-economic evaluations, and implement continuous improvements. Essential experience includes 10+ years in process design, commissioning, solids handling or mineral processing, managing EPCs, pilot plant construction, and delivering engineering packages from concept to deployment. Desirable skills include Python, Aspen, Thermoflex, PLC/SCADA knowledge, and concrete/cement chemistry.
