As a Senior Product Engineer at GetGround, you will work in cross-functional product teams, taking ideas from concept to deployment and building AI-native user-facing products across the full stack. You will move fluidly between React/TypeScript on the frontend and Golang on the backend while leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT throughout development. This role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality features quickly, writing maintainable code, defining engineering practices in an AI-first development culture, and mentoring other engineers. The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset with a commercial focus, experience as a fullstack engineer on consumer-facing products, curiosity, an experimentation mindset, and the ability to collaborate and share knowledge with peers.
