Kernel is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to play a key role in building, scaling, and evolving its AI-native data platform used by enterprise RevOps teams worldwide. In this role, you will work as a backend-heavy product engineer, designing and developing user-facing features that directly impact how customers clean, enrich, and manage CRM data at scale. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into reliable, high-performance software while owning projects end-to-end—from ideation and technical design to deployment and iteration. The position involves working with modern technologies such as NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes, workflow automation tools, and LLM-based application patterns to support large-scale data processing, integrations with CRMs, and third-party APIs. As part of a small, fast-moving startup team, you will contribute to architectural decisions, improve system reliability and developer velocity, automate manual workflows, and help shape how products and infrastructure are built as the company scales from early revenue to rapid growth.
