Techmunity is hiring a Senior Product Engineer (Frontend or Backend) to help architect and scale a technically ambitious AI-native orchestration platform that powers hyper-personalised digital experiences across multiple channels. The role involves designing and optimising distributed backend systems, building production LLM pipelines for embedding retrieval and content generation, engineering privacy-first behavioural analytics at scale, and shaping the frontend architecture for real-time adaptive user experiences. Candidates will own key product areas from design and implementation to technical strategy, collaborating directly with founders and engineers to make fast, product-led decisions. Applicants should be senior engineers who have shipped complex systems or products at scale, comfortable working across the stack, motivated by impact, and committed to teamwork and clarity. The tech stack includes React, NextJS 14, Typescript for frontend; Golang, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, BigQuery for backend; and AWS and Vercel for cloud infrastructure. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Shoreditch office, with a salary of £80,000–130,000 plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
