As a Senior Product Manager in Open Banking, you will lead high-impact initiatives to enhance Monzo’s Open Banking capabilities, including Connected Accounts and Easy Bank Transfers, and help shape the product strategy to support the company’s growth from 11 million to 20 million customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal, and compliance—to identify and validate new opportunities, define strategic direction, prioritise the roadmap, and deliver market-leading products that create value for customers. The role involves participating in industry Open Banking working groups, balancing long-term goals with short-term targets, driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders, and systematically solving complex problems while inspiring and motivating your team. You should have a proven track record of shipping world-class products, developing Open Banking solutions, and driving measurable business impact through experimentation, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
