We are a seed-stage AI startup backed by leading European and US investors, focused on revolutionizing enterprise workflows using next-generation agentic AI. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own full-stack features end-to-end, with a strong focus on building enterprise data pipelines and scalable backend services using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. You will integrate with complex enterprise systems like SAP and Oracle ERP, work with GraphQL/REST APIs, and manage large, multi-modal datasets to support advanced AI workloads. Your role includes collaborating closely with customer teams and ML engineers, shipping complete features from architecture to deployment, and ensuring observability and reliability with tools like OpenTelemetry. Ideal candidates have strong backend experience, fluency in Python, familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript, and a deep understanding of data-intensive systems, databases, authentication, and legacy system integration. You’ll thrive in a high-ownership environment, contribute across the stack, and help shape the engineering culture of the company. Experience with LLM-powered services is a bonus but not required. The role offers a base salary between £115,000–£135,000, meaningful equity, hybrid work (3 days/week in the office), private healthcare, pension, and annual team off-site.
