The Sr. Web Developer will be responsible for day-to-day coding and development activities, including performing relevant Unit Testing using various tools in an Agile and DevOps environment. This role requires working efficiently with teams to produce consistent results aligned with business needs. The developer will write well-organized and sustainable .Net code, design new software, and maintain existing software, as well as mentor junior developers. The role includes presenting ideas for software improvements, working closely with team members to achieve common goals, identifying and communicating best development practices, troubleshooting deployed software, and performing code reviews. The developer will also collaborate with other staff, including Product Managers, Operations, and Testers, and ensure clear documentation of requirements and implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to debug and optimize software performance, and a proactive attitude in contributing to project milestones. The position also requires experience in developing user-friendly, scalable software solutions and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high code quality standards.
