Neurolabs is seeking a Staff Computer Vision Engineer to architect and scale its production-grade computer vision systems that deliver real-time insights for retail execution. You'll lead development from concept to deployment—optimizing detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition models to meet the performance and reliability demands of dynamic in-store environments. You'll also enhance the synthetic data generation pipeline and refine Neurolabs’ large vision model (LVM) for speed, adaptability, and robustness. This role requires deep technical expertise and an applied CV mindset—running experiments with Python and frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, implementing clean data and MLOps best practices, and collaborating across product, infra, and customer teams to embed models into field workflows. Though technical rather than managerial, you'll guide architecture and delivery quality.
