About the job

As a Technical Lead at a fast-growing AI-centric seed-stage startup backed by strong investors, you will architect and build the core systems of an AI orchestration engine that powers real-time, personalised digital experiences for millions of users. The role is 70–80% hands-on coding while also guiding system design, mentoring engineers, and ensuring reliability, scalability and performance across distributed systems. You will work with a modern stack including React, Next.js, TypeScript, Golang, Python, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, BigQuery, AWS, Vercel and Pulumi, tackling challenges like high-volume event ingestion, LLM pipelines, retrieval systems, behavioural analytics and distributed systems optimisation. The ideal candidate has strong system design instincts, experience in high-scale environments, and thrives in fast-paced startup culture. This position is hybrid (3 days onsite) and offers visa sponsorship.
