We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our Information Services Directorate at the University of Glasgow, where you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for testing software systems to ensure high quality and fit-for-purpose digital services. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to plan, design, and execute testing for a range of applications and systems used across the university. This includes both manual and automated testing, collaborating with developers and business analysts to resolve defects, and continuously improving testing processes. Candidates should have significant experience with test management tools like Jira and QMetry, knowledge of SQL and test automation frameworks, and an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
