The Vehicle Test Engineer at Quintessential Design Services Limited will support prototype Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) platforms, taking ownership of first-level analysis on powertrain and charging system issues raised by vehicle owners, ensuring engagement of the right teams, and capturing lessons learned for continual improvement. The role involves leading issue resolution, validating and preparing engineering documents, supporting vehicle updates, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including software, propulsion, and test operations. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering (or related fields), strong understanding of BEV propulsion systems, experience testing high-voltage components, and data analysis skills using tools such as INCA. Strong problem-solving abilities, communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel between engineering sites are essential.
