Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing intuitive user experiences, creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes, maintaining brand consistency, and working closely with developers to ensure successful implementation. The position also involves usability testing, performance monitoring, SEO optimisation, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and continuous improvement based on analytics and user feedback. Candidates should have 6–10 years of web design experience, strong expertise in UI/UX principles, proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, SEO, and accessibility standards.
